I can’t believe it is already March, although I welcome it because it means that Spring is that much closer. Gina Weathersby chose this gorgeous shot of purple asparagus because it is one of the first things that start to pop up in the garden and hopefully in your nearest market. My favorite spring dish is Ham and Asparagus Crepes topped with Hollandaise Sauce. I think this year I am going to make it with purple asparagus for a visual change.
