After the calm quiet beauty of winter fades, nature bursts forth with the most amazing and inspiring forms. Like nature, I am bursting with renewed energy. I recently purchased a new digital camera which is making me look at everything with a new eye. I happened upon this pussy willow bush with the buds burst open. The colors and textures give me great ideas for pattern shapes. I really enjoy combining photography and flat graphics. Maybe there is a series here…hmmmmmm
